별자리타로 개인정보처리방침

별자리타로(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 계정 정보(선택): Google 또는 카카오 계정으로 로그인 시 계정 식별자, 닉네임, 이메일 주소(제공에 동의한 경우)
- 서비스 이용 정보: 타로 리딩 기록, AI 상담 대화 내용, 구독 이용량
- 광고 식별자: 광고 제공을 위한 기기의 광고 ID(Google AdMob)
- 결제 정보: 구독 결제는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 서비스는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
로그인 없이 게스트로 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 계정 정보는 수집되지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인 유지 및 서비스 내 호칭 표시
- 타로 리딩 기록 저장·동기화 및 AI 타로 상담 제공
- 구독 상태 확인 및 이용량 관리
- 광고 게재 및 서비스 개선
3. 보관 기간
개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.
4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 제3자 제공
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하거나 데이터가 전송됩니다.
- Google (Firebase): 로그인 인증, 데이터 저장(리딩 기록, 구독 이용량)
- Anthropic: AI 상담 응답 생성을 위한 대화 내용 처리(계정 식별 정보는 전송되지 않습니다)
- Google AdMob: 광고 게재를 위한 광고 식별자 처리
- Google Play: 구독 결제 처리
- 카카오: 카카오 로그인 인증
위 업체의 서버는 해외에 위치할 수 있으며, 각 업체의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
5. 광고 식별자
서비스는 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 이 과정에서 기기의 광고 ID가 사용됩니다. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 로그아웃 및 아래 문의처를 통한 삭제 요청이 가능하며, 삭제 요청 시 계정 및 리딩 기록이 파기됩니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Byeoljari Tarot ("the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account info (optional): When you sign in with Google or Kakao — account identifier, nickname, and email (if you consent to share it)
- Usage data: Tarot reading history, AI consultation messages, subscription usage
- Advertising ID: Your device's ad identifier, used by Google AdMob
- Payments: Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never collect your card or payment details directly.
You can use the Service as a guest without signing in; in that case no account information is collected.
2. How We Use It
- Account identification, sign-in persistence, and displaying your nickname
- Saving and syncing readings, and providing AI tarot consultations
- Managing subscription status and usage limits
- Serving ads and improving the Service
3. Retention
Personal data is deleted without delay upon account deletion or request, except where retention is required by law.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Google (Firebase): authentication and data storage
- Anthropic: processing conversation content to generate AI responses (no account identifiers are sent)
- Google AdMob: advertising
- Google Play: payment processing
- Kakao: Kakao sign-in authentication
These providers may process data on servers located outside your country, under their own privacy policies.
5. Advertising ID
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact below. Deletion requests remove your account and reading history.
7. Children
The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
